Sound and Vision Event
1. Booking & Payment
Payment for tickets is required upfront at the time of purchase.
 Flexible payment options are available, allowing you to spread the cost through Klarna (subject to eligibility).
2. Cancellation Policy
Up to 60 days before the event: A 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel your booking.
Within 60 days of the event, Tickets are non-refundable.
3. Ticket Transfers
If you cannot attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest.
All ticket transfers must be arranged with event organisers at least 14 days before the event date.
4. Event Changes
The event organisers reserve the right to change the schedule, venue, or lineup.
 If the event is postponed or cancelled, attendees will be notified via email with options for refunds or rescheduling.
5. General Terms
Attendees must comply with all event rules and regulations.
Any misconduct or failure to follow the guidelines may result in removal from the event without a refund.
The event is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables.
